Premiere Pro glitching video clips

I'm new to Premiere Pro, and I'm currently working on a homework project using the app. I'm not sure what's happened, but suddenly any video I import into it gets this weird, green glitch effect. All of the files are either MP4 or GIF files, and I've downloaded older versions and tried other suggested methods, but I've tried will clear it up. My project is due by Monday, so any and all help is greatly appreciated.
