Premiere pro have glitches and slow play/export, preview

Hello, 

Can you please assist us, we have a problem with Premiere Pro and other video and animation products. Takes long time to load video and it keeps lagging when i play it in Pr.

We have a good PC, and our configuration is as follows:

- CPU: AMD RYZEN 7 5800X 8-Core processor 3.8GHz
- GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT
- RAM: 64GB

 

Is this good configuration for use of premiere pro and other video editing programs. Could it be that we didnt set up the programms configuration correctly?

Adobe has but one video editing program, so if others (assuming non Adobe) give issues too, then look at your hardware configuration. Reinstall windows might be as option.
