Premiere Pro in English while OS in German

Hello,

 

I just installed Premiere Pro 2025 through Creative Cloud Desktop and made sure that before installing I selected English language in the Creative Cloud settings, following this guide: https://helpx.adobe.com/de/creative-cloud/help/change-install-language.html 
When Premiere Pro is now installed, it still is in German language... Then I change the system language to English and Premiere Pro is English. But how can I get English Premiere Pro on a German OS?

 

The reason is that I am a beginner and when I watch tutorials, they are in English or when I have a problem I want to ask the community and not having to translate and wildly guess which name is most likely used for a tool in the English version.

 

How can I achieve this?

    Try signing out of your account,

    reboot,

    sync in and try again ,

    if no luck,

    Might need to uninstall everything and use cleaner tool

    Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

    You will have to unistall Premiere.

    Go to the CC desktop app and set it to English

    Reinstall.

      I already tried that. On the screenshot you can see, that it is not changing the language of CC Desktop and also when I install the Applications it is not changing. I also restarted already to make sure CC Desktop starts with English as preset and then I made the screenshot. So it saved the settings, but didn`t change anything.
