Premiere Pro Interface Not Loading Completely on Launch (Windows)

I'm experiencing a recurring issue with Premiere Pro (version: 25.1.0, Build 73))on Windows (version: 24H2, Build 26100.3194). While working the app freezes and I have to end the process using task manager. When I try to relaunch, only the menu bar loads, while the rest of the interface remains blank (screenshot attached)

Steps I've Tried (Didn't Work):

  • Updating the GPU driver
  • Restarting the system
  • Reinstalling Premiere Pro (using Adobe CC Cleaner to remove only Premiere Pro)
  • Uninstalling OneDrive (just in case it was causing issues with the Documents folder)

Additional Details:

  • I haven't installed any new software or drivers recently.
  • Strangely, the issue resolves itself if I shut down my system overnight. Premiere Pro works fine for a couple of days before the problem randomly reappears.
  • As a workaround, I switch to a different user account on my system, where Premiere Pro works without any issues.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Any suggestions on what might be causing it or how to fix it permanently?

Since no response yet, I'll ask if you are certain the uninstall removed preferences.

 

And whether it did or not, next time you have the issue, I would launch PR using the shift key and reset preferences, cache, plugins etc. Do you have any plugins/extensions installed?

Yes, I did reset the preferences when the issue disappears on it's own. Because holding shift or alt doesn't work when the issue reappears. And no, I don't have any plugins or extensions.
