premiere pro interpolation menu

i want to apply a spatial interpolation > bezier effect to all of the clips in this sequence, but the interpolation menu only shows up sometimes when i double-click a keyframe in the effects controls menu. is there any way to get the menu to show up every time i try to change the settings of a keyframe?
