Everything was fine, but a few days ago I closed my file and I didnt want to save it, so I clicked " close without saving".

Premiere Pro showed a box which said there was a serious error and it try to save my projekt.

Then the whole program froze and windows said that the program coulnd be started properly due to a problem.

I restarted my PC and Premiere Pro worked, but after a while I wanted to save my projekt and Premiere Pro froze again.

Now everytime I want to start Premiere Pro it freezes when it is loading the interface.

When I restart my PC, Premiere Pro works again, but after a while it freeze ...

PC specs:

Mainboard: 170A

CPU: I7-6700K

GPU: Intel HD 530 (for the moment.)

RAM: 16gb DDR4

Memory: Premiere Pro is on my 120gb SSD (which has 28gb free space)

Thank you in advance for your answer

While probably not related to your problem, you really should only use 5400 RPM drives for backups, not for media.  7200 RPM should be the minimum for media.

Thanks to everyone who tried to help.

Jim_Simons list gave me a clue to check the path of the projects and i found out that the projects and the media that i used got saved on the nearly full SDD. So I moved all the data to the HDD and it worked.

Also thank you for your advises.

Im going to buy a HDD with 7200 RPM.

And to the "edit system" thing, I cant afford one at the moment but someday Im going to build one.

thanks a lot again.

There might be a simpler solution than what I will offer, but I do feel that my suggestion will work, so if no one presents anything better, try this.

Only use PP on a:

1. Properly configured

2. Self-built

3. Windows machine

4. Dedicated to editing.

You've violated point 1 by not having an nVidia GPU, possibly by not having enough internal drives as well.  I suspect you might be violating point 4 also, and have installed software that isn't needed for editing.  I also wonder if point 2 has been violated, and the computer might have crapware installed.

My PC is one month old.

I dont have a lot of programms on my computer. I only got Premiere Pro, Photoshop and some games on my PC.

Its a self-built PC.

I did a lot of research befor i bought components to get the best configuration.

My GPU has not been deliverd yet.

Final build should look like:

Mainboard:  MSI Z170A Gaming M3

CPU:   I7-6700K

GPU:   MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X

RAM:   Kingston Hyper X 16gb DDR4 2133MHz

Memory:   WD red 1tb + 120gb SSD Kingston Hyper X Fury

PSU:   BeQuite System Power 8 600w

I tried to learn a bit to use Premiere. I hadnt had this sort of issues. It started a few days ago.

What is on the WD Red?

How full is it?

Is it 7200RPM?

What is on the SSD?

How full is it?

What happens if you create a brand new project, import the problematic one, and then try to save the new project? Sometimes project files can get corrupted but importing everything into a new project can fix this. You won't lose anything and you'll be given the option (depending on what version of Premiere you're running) to import everything.

Also, are you running the latest version?

It is crashing.

Its not only one project that  this causes this crash.

Any project that i try to open causes the crash.

If I try to create a new project it works fine until I try to save it.

And yes, im running the latest version.
