Premiere Pro is clipping the last second of my project.

Before today i've never had this problem. I recently got a new computer and have been editing from it for a couple weeks now but for some reason today all of a sudden on this sepcific project it doesn't match the time on both sides no matter what i try unless i move the bar to the end of the project and even then the screen doesn't go to black like it usually does when i export a full sequence. I'm not sure how to exactly explain this but basically it clips the last second out on the export menu and it's causing my export time to be really long. Usaually i can export a 40 minute video in under an hour but for this 39 minute project it's saying that it'll take 10 hours to export.. i'll insert a picture.
