    Provide us more details i.e. Version of Premiere Pro, Hardware & OS Details, Kind of media your working within premiere pro & share the crash report can help.

    As of now, I would suggest you too reset Premiere pro preferences as follow -

    • Press Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) while launching Premiere Pro. You can release the Alt key or Option key when the splash screen appears.

    And also trying changing the playback preview render to software only from project settings -
