Every part of my pc is updated and running every other program runs completly fine just premiere pro wants to take a dump sometimes on launch and others in the middle of my edits. Here is a link to some mini dump files if anybody can make use of them. I would love to get this fixed idk where to go and who to ask...

My premiere keeps crashing and I have all of the newest drivers for my pc.

Nvidia studio drivers 560.70

intel 32.0.101.5768

my specs are:

i9-14900ks

Geforce RTX 4090

MSI MEG Z790 ACE MAX

128 gb g.skill ram

The footage I'm working with is mainly mp4 sometimes working with mov with some projects.

For some reason the diagnostics tool keeps telling me to update my graphics drivers even though I've deleted and reinstalled them many times but it keeps popping up with this.

Some of the crashing occurs on launch and other times I can get a few edits in before it crashes interrupting my project.

Here are some mini dump files if you can make use to them...

Would love some help on this...

You may want to try a previous version of the graphics card driver and see if that helps.

Hi Hunter,
I'm sorry to hear that.  Can I ask what you PC specs are, what version of premiere are you in, and what type of footage are you using?  Also, if it's an Intel chip - is it 13th or 14th gen?

i9-14900ks, MSI MEG Z790 ACE MAX,  GeForce RTX 4090,  128 gb g.skill ram. So, 14th gen and premiere is on version 24.5. The footage is mainly just mp4 footage but sometimes .mov footage will be edited in some scenarios.

I would check with Intel and see if you are experiencing chip degredation as Gen 13 and 14 have an issue with the chips.  You can run a test here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wkrOYfmXhIc&t=497s

Although I wouldn't want to rule out Pr.  If you're able to share a project file and sample media clip as well we can try and recreate the issue on end and see if it is a bug.

The test failed on the 3rd try so ill give intel a call. I also have another 13th gen cpu I can plug in and test the system to see if I still have any problems with premiere. I'll get back to you with that and thank you.
