Premiere Pro Keeps crashing

When I start on a project, Premiere Pro continues to crash. I've uninstalled the app, updated my computer, and updated everything Adobe. Please help!

What are you actually doing in those few minutes in PPro, when it crashes? Does it crash when you're working on every project (or sequence), or just a particular project (or sequence)?

Has PPro previously behaved well, on this system? If so...what has changed about the system, since that time?
