Premiere Pro : Mouse Probleme

Hi,

I just finished updating from Premiere Pro 2018 to Premiere Pro 2020, which forced me to do it, it was this recurring mouse problem that is drawn between my dual screens. In fact, as soon as I launch the video in the "Program" tab, my mouse is immediately teleported to the lower left corner of my screen and i can't moove it. (Check picture 1) 
It's really disturbing, and I can't work properly anymore.

Anyone know the solution to fix this problem ?

My setup : 

OS : Windows 10 Pro Version : 10.0.18363 N°18363

Mother Card : B450 Aorus Elite

CPU : AMD 3700x

GPU : AMD Radeon RX 5700XT Pulse

RAM : 16Go DDR4 

Electric source : MWE Gold 550W
