Premiere pro ne reconnait pas mon achat

Bonjour,

Dans le cadre de mes cours sur le montage j'ai décidé d'acheter adobe pro après avoir testé la version d'essai. Cependant, et même si j'ai acheté le logiciel, dès que je lance Premiere Pro un onglet s'ouvre pour me dire que la version d'essaie est terminée et que je dois payer. Je clic sur la croix et ça me fait quitter le logiciel, je change de formule, il reconnait que j'ai payé mais :
- je clic sur annulé ça me ferme Premiere
- je clic sur découvrir c'est pareil
- je clic sur la croix, idem.
Ca fait depuis décembre que je ne peux pas travailler. Que faire ?
