Premiere Pro not linking clips and audio properly, I NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE

Hey guys, I ran out of ideas here, I really need help from the community!

So my problem is that I'm trying to link audio and video to a edited video. I'm matching exactly the right clip and audio to the right file on the project. However Premiere dont seem to undertand where exactly the cut was made on the video itself. So every cut you see, the clip and the audio starts from the beginning instead of starting where it should. You can see the grey corner on each cut, it means the clip is starting all over again.
