Premiere Pro Not Loading or Running well. Not displaying windows greyed out and not reactive

Greyed out sections and if they do load the program is unresponsive to actions.
Things I've tried:

Restarting computer
Uninstalling re-installing
Deleting the media cache
GPU acceleration is on

Deleting Profile folder from documents/adobe/Premier Pro/22.0

I've used the same computer for over a year.

    Sorry about the issue. Could you share your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)? Do you have any updates available for your GPU driver?
