Hey everyone,
Hope all is good. I'm having a hard time opening Priemere Pro on my laptop. Everytime I open it it just stays stuck on the loading screen. I am opening it through the creative cloud desktop.
And when I do open the footage on my laptop is super laggy and the playback is not smooth. Eventually Priemere Pro just freezes on it's on and I have to close out only to run into the same issue of it not opening. Not sure what the issue is. I think I may not have enough storage space to run it on my laptop but not sure. Any help would be very appreciated, thanks!

After successfully launching Premiere Pro from Creative Cloud:
Right-click on the Premiere Pro icon in the taskbar (it may appear as an active app icon).
Choose "Pin to taskbar" to add Premiere Pro back to your taskbar for easy access.
Verify Storage Space and Hardware:
Ensure your laptop has sufficient free storage space where Premiere Pro is installed.
Check your laptop's hardware specifications (CPU, RAM, GPU) to ensure they meet the minimum requirements for running Premiere Pro smoothly.
Monitor Performance and Project Settings:
While Premiere Pro is running, monitor your laptop's performance using Task Manager (Windows) or Activity Monitor (Mac) to identify any resource issues.
Review your project settings, including sequence settings, footage codec, and resolution, to ensure they are optimized for your hardware capabilities, you can share them with us to make sure of that.
Additional Tips:
Consider working with lower resolution or proxy files to improve playback performance, especially if working with high-resolution footage.
Update your GPU drivers to the latest version for better compatibility with Premiere Pro.

Hey thanks for your reply.
So I did go ahead and do all the things you mentoned. At first it seemed the Primere pro was running smoothly. Until it lagged or froze like I said. I also found out that I have 7.73 GB on my ram and noticed that Priemere requires at least 8 GB to start running i'm not sure if that's the issue but it's a small amount anyways. Would you have any other tips you can offer? Thanks for your help

Sorry for the later response. But I got all the screenshots you asked me for! As for the metadata I would like to note that I have multiple clips for the video i'm trying to make. But all the information was mostly the same for all the clips. Let me know if I have everything you need.
Thanks
