Premiere Pro not opening on Mac

I've been trying to open Premiere Pro 25.5 on my 2023 MacBook Pro. Every time I open it, it freezes on the splash screen and stops responding and I have to force quit. I have updated it, reinstalled it, restarted my computer, updated my software, and nothings working. If anyone has any advice, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, thank you! I tried it and I didn't get any sort of options popup, but it did open finally, so I guess it worked in some way.

Hi Lucy,

Thanks for your message and welcome to the forum. It might be a plug-in tripping up the launch. Can you try pressing Shift at launch to get the Reset Options dialog box. From there you can select "Disable third-party plug-ins (one time only)." Let me know if that works. Sorry for the frustration.
