Premiere Pro not opening or showing up in task manager

After the most recent update I haven't been able to open premiere pro from the creative cloud. I have tried restarting my computer, shuting down my computer, reintalling creative cloud and premiere pro, and updating windows so far nothing has worked. If anyone has any suggestions I would be very greatful.

close all the opened premier pro in task manager and open the premier pro again
