Premiere pro not opening

I try to open PP and message is go to system preferences to give acces to pictures folder on Mac Apple M1 but when preferences opening there is simply not that folder existing.

Confirming: Is there a /Pictures directory, within your MacOS User directory?

Hi Thanks for first answer. Here is the folder I found

Images seems like a correct French translation of 'Pictures'...but it's very strange that your user account's Images directory is locked...for your user account! 

Any idea how/why that's happening?

Thank you ! I went to that folder and sawt that it was locked ! Unlocked that and now PP work )))

Yes it is exactly that ! I was locked and I don't know why...So now I unlocked and I'm happy )))
