Premiere Pro Not Responding Problem

Hi,

My computer can run every adobe product except Premiere Pro.

When I run the software, it says not responding.

I downloaded Premiere Pro on this computer before. But I deleted it some weeks ago. I re-downloaded today and it gives this problem.

I also tried to download older versions but they also don't work.

I tried to end task from task manager. It does not fix the problem.

Also, I found this help message from 2019:

0. Double check you have the latest Premiere and graphics versions installed

1. While launching Premiere, hold down Shift + Alt (Windows) or Shift + Option (Mac). This resets your preferences.

2. Delete your media cache files - https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2152942

3. Try moving your Media Cache to a new location

4. Uninstall Premiere Pro > Run cleaner tool (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html) > Reinstall Premiere Pro

 

I tried the first 3, they did not work. 4th, I could not manage to do.

My computer is Windows 10. But every other Adobe product I use are the latest version.

My computer is dell inspiron 15 7577.

 

Waiting for the help! I need to use it for a project. Thanks!
