When I import any MOGRT Premiere Pro goes into the not responding thing. I use every other Adobe product no issues and this is a newer, monster machine in terms of ram and GPU. It is frustrating. I've never experienced this with PP before. It is unusable??? I'm on W11 with 96G ram and an AMD RX 7900XT GPU with 24G ram?
Hi @dougsooley ! I took a look at the Mogrt (they are what we call After Effects Mogrts, because that is where they were created). When testing on Windows I did notice that the Premiere goes into "not responding" here and there, which is sort of like the spinning beach ball you would see on Mac. I am guessing that going back to version 24.0 won't help you, I believe it's the Mogrt that just has bad performance. Think of a Mogrt as a box. hi there! Let's try to find out what is going on. First of all: what do you mean with import? Are these mogrts made in After Effects or Premiere Pro? Please attach a screen recording or help me with a step by step instruction for me to try it.

Thanks for the steps. I am curious what it is about those Mogrts that is making Premiere work so hard. Are you able to share one of them?

I will have my collegue take a look as well, she is way better in After Effects than I am, so stay tuned if she can find anything specific. Annika

Quick update for you @dougsooley: we think that the slowness is coming from the font dropdown. In the Mogrt you shared with me you have ~20 text fields that include the font dropdown. We are investigating to see if we can improve the performance in this area.
