Premier Pro not working correctly. Export mode freeze. Flicker on outside footage even on output

Sorry about the poor experience. Can you share some more information about your issue? 

• Which version of Premiere Pro are you currently working on?
• What are the properties of your source files? You can check the properties by going to Project Panel > Right-click on media > Properties.
• When exactly does Premiere Pro freeze while exporting? Does it freeze when you switch to the export panel, or does it freeze while rendering?
• What are your system specifications (OS, OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM)?

Export Module

Freeze which really is not totall slows everything down when you open Export module. Takes minutes to open anything you click on - becomes unworkable.

Problem of flicker occurs on outside footage and moves aroud to different clips and varies from computer to computer when  looking at the project in Premier.

Footage is accessed over 10GB network but has been also viewed on local storage with M2 drives and the problem is the same.

Work with this media for over 6 months and no problem. Suddenly a problem.

Also flicker when PP project taken and edited on Macbook 16.

We have had to give this poor footage to client due to deadline constaints, so not happy.

Is the footage from a Sony camera?

There is a known issue with some Sony cameras that is being addressed.

Thanks for sharing the info. We have a similar issue with AVC codecs. The Premiere Pro team is working on fixing it. Meanwhile, please revert to Premiere 22.4. Here's how: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/using/install-previous-version.html
