Premiere Pro Pitch Shift: No FormantPreseve, Or Fine Tune

I am using premiere pro, I am using the pitch shift. I wanted to make the voice squeeky but I think some options are missing. I don't see formantPreserve, or Fine tune.

I am using 2018 version and I'm on a mac.

    Fine Tune is there, formant preserve seems to have been dropped.

    (not that familiar with the effect)


    Was fine tune changed to a different name?
