Hello, I recently changed my graphics card. After replacing it, I reset my computer and reinstalled my programs. But I couldn't get a decent performance in Premiere Pro. I start the video, the video does not play. I hold the cursor and move it back and forth, again there is no reaction in the preview. I tried many solutions on the internet but could not get an answer. I updated my graphics card drivers, updated my computer, and even updated my BIOS version. I could never solve my problem. Can anyone help?

Graphic Card: RTX 4070
Processor: Ryzen 7 7800x3D
Ram: Corsair 16x2 32GB 6000MHZ
Motherboard: Asus ROG-STRIX B650-A GAMING WIFI
PSU: NZXT C850
OS: WINDOWS 11
Premiere Pro Version: 24.6.1

Hi jamieclarke, I solved my problem. What causes this error is that the extension of the file I uploaded to the application is ".ts". The problem was solved when I uploaded a video in H.264 format. But the problem is that before, I could edit files with ".ts" extension without any problems. Do you have a solution to this?

Hi @Yunus268162076glz - Is your media OBS screen recording footage?  If the files are from OBS, they might have a variable frame rate. That's OK for shorter clips, but long clips might need to be transcoded back to H.264 or to something like ProRes LT (better, but larger file size).

You could also check to make sure that your preferences under audio hardware > default input is set to "No Input"

Do you have high quality playback selected in the wrench menu?

Hi @Yunus268162076glz - Can you use mediainfo and post a screenshot of the metadata for your .ts file?
