Premiere Pro render error

So I've been trying to render my project but everytime I get the exact same error:

when I go back to the area where the error says I should check, I'd try to amend it however nothing would work. It got to the point where I'm now just deleting footage and trying to render but the error just keeps giving me different time stamp on the timeline? I'm not sure what's going on and to be honest I just want to get this finished for my university project
