Premiere Pro runs better on my potato computer.

I keep getting errors on my adobe premiere pro. All of a sudden, It will freeze. I can move around the playback head thingy but it wouldn't start the playback. I have to restart premiere at least 10 times a day and I get all of these errors from time to time as well.
"Unable to create image buffer. Size: 1896x1073 (0)"
"Unable to create Image buffer. GDI Status: InvalidParameter Size: 1711x89"
"Unable to draw image. GDI Status: OutOfMemory"
"Error retrieving frame 159086 at time 00:44:11:26 from the file"
"Adobe Premiere Pro is running very low on system memory. Please save your project and proceed with caution"
"An unknown error occurred while saving the project. Select 'Save As' from the File menu to save the project to a new location"

The problem is that. I have enough memory. I have enough Vram. I have enough storage available. I have a good computer with a good graphics card. It crashed all of my apps, discord, whatsapp, opera and even the file explorer. Premiere pro ran better on my old potato computer and it never gave me an issue.

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

What version and build of Premiere Pro?

SPECS

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Memory: 16 GB DDR4 3200 MHz
GPU: AMD RX 5600 XT
SSD: Lexar 240GB SSD (Sata)
HDD: WDC WD10EZEX-21WN4A0 (1 TB)
Motherboard: ASUS A320

Drive Capactiy:
HDD: 120 GB free of 931 GB

My premiere is installed in the SSD and my project is saved in the hard drive. I have the latest build of premiere pro. I have tried reinstalling premiere as well. Didn't fix it.

That drive should be a fast SSD, not an HDD.

Also, if your cache is there, it needs to be a larger drive.

That is not enough free space for temp and system files.

I recommend a larger drive.

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.
from here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/workspaces.html

If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.
