Premiere Pro | Scale and Rotation Animate Keyframe Problem

But no success. I have a project due this week and I'm trying to follow a tutorial and nothing works at the moment.

When I follow the tutorial at 4:03, I did everything he did and doesn't work the way It shows on his end. I want to make the Pizza Png to go across the screen like in normal speed and roll across the screen the way he has it done for the tutorial.
I'm stumped. Please help!
