Premiere Pro - specific video settings

Hi, I'm new to video editing and I've been given a job to create a video using these specific settings. I am a little confused with how to get them exact. Would anyone be able to help me out please? The screenshot is below. Thank you.

I would make a main sequence 1268x888, a signer sequence 554x969 and place these in a master sequence 1920x1080.

I have made a sequence with the required positioning which can be downloaded here:

Have a look at the sequence settings, positions and anchor points to see what I have done.

 

You may have to change the sequences framerates to match your footage
