Premiere Pro Stuck

I Can't export anything (I tried to export my project as well as a single short clip). The tab loads endlessly, and I cannot export my work

Windows 11 64bits

Nvdea 3080

32 Ram

Seems several users having this issue.

Meanwhile use File > Export > Send to Media Encoder (23.3)

Some users have solved it by downloading to 23.2 or 23.1 from the 3 dots / Other versions.
