Premiere Pro timeline glitch

I have a serious problem with the Premiere Pro 2020’s timeline. (Last version) The timeline crashes when a new sequence is created or it’s now showed when the program starts. Also, Premiere shows some bugs like not moving the bar in the timeline, freezing the frames of selection, and some other things. The weird thing is that sometimes this happens and sometimes the program runs normally.

It’s not a RAM problem, or the video graphic card since I bought the computer strictly to edit video. The program was re-installed 3 times and the problem persists.
