Premiere Pro Timeline./Player Events?

I've tried looking through prpro typescript definitions, and the PrPro sample CEP panel, but I can't seem to find any solid information regarding events related to timeline changes.

Basically I just need to be able to receive info that the user has scrubbed the timeline. Any suggestions?

??!! PProPanel demonstrates numerous available timeline-related events.

There is no such message. What would you do, in response to the user having scrubbed?

I guess the main thing is I couldnt find documentation explaining what said events do, exactly. 

seeing no message for timeline is the main concern I had.
