The second screenshot shows an estimate of 26 minutes to download the language pack. Did it download okay? The first screenshot shows a transcription occurring, so I wonder if it did. The language packs are very large, and depending on your download speed, they can take a bit.
To separate the download from the transcription, download the language pack via the Cloud Desktop. (I'll look up the instructions later.)
The first screenshot shows the transcription of an mp3 audio file that is in a sequence. The estimate is 4 hours. Does the progress bar move and then stop? Does it continue to move at all?
