Premiere Pro Tutorial doesn't work

I'm relatively new to Premiere Pro. I'm fond of the tutorial videos they have and find them helpful. However, when I click on a tutorial it doesn't come up and just shows a blank workspace. The tutorial videos do not come up. It was fine beforehand, but I've just recently uninstalled / reinstalled the software due to VCRUNTIME140 issue. Not sure if its related.
