I have been chasing down a rabbit hole for about 7 hours in re: enabling the Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration in Adobe Premiere Pro. As listed below, I have additional Adobe software packages that ARE using the accelerated functionality associated with them.
This is what I know to be true with my laptop, software and troubleshooting. I'm currently at a loss as what my next move would be. Any help would be gratefully accepted and placed in motion.
