I updated my Adobe apps a few days ago and I have not been able to access Premiere Pro and Premiere Rush. I have intel core i7 10th gen, Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070, double checked all hardware requirements. updated all drivers, checked everything and nothing helped. I tried to open the app as an administrator and it gave me an error MSVCR110.dll not found. I installed that, updated Visual C++ tools, but nothing.
I also tried Adobe Creative cloud tool, but was noy able to access the log as it is zxp file which didn't open.
I tried the updated version of PP on my friend's Macbook and there it worked.
I would really appreciate some help. Thanks

Sorry about this. Try this: reinstall runtimes. If that does not work, reinstall Windows. Sorry about this!
