Premiere Pro Video Transition Not Applying Issue

After updating, when I try to apply a video transition by dragging and dropping a transition to my desired clip, the transition won't apply. Additionally, the default video transition keyboard shortcut is not working.

Premiere pro version 25.2.0 (build 147)

Windows 11

I7 10gen cpu

64GB RAM

RTX 2060 OC
