Premiere Pro Won't Open (Error Message)

Hi,

 

I am on the latest version of Premiere Pro (15.2) and all of a sudden, when i try to open it, I get the below error message:

I have uninstalled and then reinstalled it and still I get this error message.

Any ideas how I can solve this?

This is a windows issue.

Google and ' install' the latest dll.
