Premiere saying Media Encoder is not installed...but it is!

I've got a random issue with Premiere and Media Encoder that I'm hoping someone can help me with. I want to create a proxy from a video file but when I try, I get this message:

However, I actually DO have Media Encoder installed. In fact, 2 versions! What am I missing here?

 

I've never had this issue before. Thanks in advance!

    The version of Premiere I have is 22.1.2

    Hello Michael,

     

    It requires same version of both applications (adobe premiere pro and encoder) to queue the export.

      Okay so Media Encoder says its up to date in my creative cloud...and that version is 22.1.1....

       

      But my Premiere version is 22.1.2...so what gives???
