Premiere won't allow me to change export destination?

Hello - 

I'm having an issue recently where Premiere won't allow me to change the export destination. When I go to export a sequence, I'm usually able to click on "Location" (underlined and highlighted in blue) and select an output destination. Now, when I click, I get the beach ball for a few seconds and then nothing. I apparently have no choice but to export and then move the files where I need them to be. 

Premiere Pro v 22.5

2019 Mac Pro running Catalina 10.15.7

3.2 GHz 16-Core Intel Xeon W

192 GB 2933 MHz DDR4

AMD Radeon Pro Vega II 32GB

Exporting locally to internal SSD

Is anyone else having this issue? Maybe there's another way to select the destination folder?
