preview screen to big covers almost both screens

i got a problem with second playback monitor . . i resinstalled windows and installed adobe premiere pro . . when i drag my preview screen to second screen and press fullscreen it covers almost both screens. . is there a way to lock it full screen at second monitor.and not go bigger than my screen ?

Try selecting an option similar to this in the preferences rather than dragging the screen.

You will have to turn 'Transmit' on in the monitor wrench options.
