Problème avec le Contour Shuttle Xpress

Bonjours,

J’ai acheter le Contour Shuttle Xpress pour l’utiliser avec Adobe Premiere Pro 2023.
J’ai configuré les touches, mais Adobe ne prend pas en compte le changement de touche.

J'ai déjà installer/désinstaller plusieurs fois Adobe et l'application "Contour" mais toujours rien.

J'ai aussi ajouter les 3 périphérique qui sont dans l'onglet " Surface de contrôle" qui est dans Adobe Premiere Pro 2023 mais toujours rien.

Comment puis-je faire pour résoudre ce problème ?

That sounds frustrating. Let’s try and fix this, then.

Regarding third-party hardware, it’s difficult to troubleshoot from our perspective, as we do not have much info about this problem other than a portion of those with the device are experiencing the same issue (but not everyone). A viable solution is not yet in the forums.

You can also make sure you have the current drivers here: https://contourdesign.com/pages/drivers

See if they can provide more details. If there is a bug on our part, I’ll help you file it and will advocate for a fix.

I don't have this device so I'm only guessing. Have you reached out to Contour support? Does it work in other applications?
