Hello.

Thank you to take your time to help me. Don't worry, i saw the page for customize workspase
Here's a video i recorded to show you my issue ^^ you can see my pannel resize problem and why i say the tool bar (button to add, delete, etc. files) is not responsive:  https://puu.sh/vJYma/78789286c3.mp4 hope this will help you to understand my problem better
Sorry to not use the tool in the reply box. But in this case i can't use this because my video is not on youtube or other video sharing web site ^^

Thank you alot (again) !!

Ahh ... you've got a panel that's much larger than the one tab for the Project tab that's in it in the upper left. Note, you don't have a black line separating that one tabbed section from the rest of the panel ... so within that panel, you need to use the menu OF that panel ... the three little horizontal lines ... upper right corner.

Click on that, and you've got the menu for controlling that section within the "panel group". Play with the options there ... now, your Effects tab looks rather different from the standard one ... have you changed the layout of the panels in that workspace?

And of course, "Window/Workspaces/Reset to Saved Layout" sometimes helps get back to something we've screwed up.

Hello.

Thank to help and forgive me to take so long to response you ><'

My goal is not to make my panel larger, but highter ^^ In this image (https://puu.sh/vpkAP/22d98a33f3.png ) you can see that the hight of my project pannel is not hight but little. You can see too that I have a hight blank space between my project pannel and my timeline pannel. I tried to hover my cursor on the bottom edge of the pannel to have the double-sided arrow and click and drag but it does nothing ;_; This is what I'm trying to fix

Thank you for your help!

It would be easier to just include the screen-grab image within your post ... there's no reason to upload elsewhere & link, just drag/drop that png file onto the reply box, or navigate to it via the flower-icon in the middle of the formatting controls at the top of the reply box.

Have you watched the Adobe tutorials on resizing the sections of the interface? They aren't always as helpful as one might wish ... and there's this page in the "Manual" ...

Use and customize workspaces in Premiere Pro

... if you go down the page a bit, you do get into the information about resizing panels, moving a tab from one panel to another. In your screen-grab, the areas that are black between panels are the places where the UI should allow you to grab & drag to resize.

The French to English translator isn't perfect ... but here's a few comments.

The size of the panels doesn't automatically grow with contents ... to make a panel larger, you can either click the grave/tilde key on the key board ... `/~ key ... which makes the panel full-screen, or hover the cursor over the edge of a panel until you get the double-sided arrow, then click & drag it to resize.

You can resize panels, even remove one and put another one in it's place, then save that as a new custom workspace. There are help files and tutorials on how to do this, it's rather easy once you see the way they "connect" things.

I've seen the problem with the mouse needing a sudden movement to start changing things, but don't recall how that was fixed for those with that issue.
