Problem when exporting to AAF

I have been trying to export an AAF file but it keeps saying that it cannot do that because of merged files. I syned the sound by merging audio and video and I have unlinked them to try and solve that problem but that didn't work. I'm not sure what to do at this point.

Try opening the sequence in Audition. From there, you can try AAF again, or you might be limited to doing the audio work there.
