I have a problem with the blue timeline slider in premiere pro... after installing the program, following a restore to the pc (windows) factory data, when I move the blue slider on the timeline I no longer have the function to select the underlying clip as I had before... let me explain:
When I dragged the blue timeline cursor over a clip, it was selected without having to click on it; also tried resetting premiere's command preferences... any solution ? Thanks

Great, be aware that selection is affected by target tracks. So, if you want a clip to be selected and it's on track 2, be sure that track targetting is enabled for that track.

Just found the solution... it was easy....

select the timeline, then go up on the sequence setting and click on " the selection follows the playback head".

DONE
