Problem with Transcribe sequence

Hello everyone.
I am unable to use Transcribe sequence in Adobe Premiere Pro 2022 to create subtitles in my video. The error "Network error. Please ensure you are connected to the internet, then try again (error code: 1597177841)" appears and won't let me click the "Transcribe" button.
Does anyone know how to solve it? I have paid version and internet connection working without problems.

Try signing out and back into your CC Desktop app ...
