Problema al abrir proyecto de premier pro en version resiente

Hola, he actualizado mi version de premier pro y al abrir mi proyecto no abre en el punto que habia guardado mi proyecto, osea el proyecto abre muy atrasado y he perdido todo el avance que llevaba y la verdad no se que hacer porque es como iniciar el proyecto desde cero.

First, check your autosave foder... If you don't know where that is, by default it goes into a folder where your project is stored. I always set it to my media drive and keep my project file on my computers internal hard drive in a folder that is automatically mirrored on dropbox...

and if that doesn't help, do a system wide search for .prproj on your computer...

If any of this isn't clear, post back. This is very basic stuff that you need to know if you depend on premiere (or any other computer based editing system). Don't mean to be judgemental, just trying to help...
