PROBLEMA AL EXPORTAR CON ADOBE PREMIERE PRO 2025

Hola quisiera resolver un gran problema que estoy teniendo con Adobe Premiere Pro 2025. sucede que cuando estoy exportando un video y la carga llega a 90% el programa se cierra inesperadamente sin dar ningun mensaje o aviso con respecto a alguna dificultad. cabe señalar que no es problema de espacio en el disco duro ni nada de esto ya que ademas pensando en ello exporte a un disco duro externo y sucede exactamente lo mismo el programa se cierra, el video en cuestion dentro del programa se ve bien se puede reproducir y todo ello, pero al momento de exportar no me permite hacerlo, y solo me permite hacerlo en full HD y no en 4k. No entiendo que es lo que pasa con este programa ya que hice el informe de compatibilidad del sistema y tampoco hay problema con ello entonces no entiendo que pasa, si alguien pudiera ayudar agradeceria mucho ya que este proyecto es importante y debo sacarlo de adobe. Thanks for the message. There could be an issue with specific GPUs. Can you tell us more about your system? If you have an RTX5070, try switching off hardware encoding or rolling back to an earlier version. Sorry for the frustration.

First, Premiere needs 4-5 times the eventual exported file size as free-space on that drive to be able to complete an export. So it takes a lot more free space than the file itself will be. That causes issues like this at times.

Second, there are issues as Kevin noted at this time with some of the 50 series Nvidia GPUs, across the various pro video apps. If you have one, that might be the issue.

But if you could give full normal troubleshooting details, that would help so much!

OS/CPU/RAM/GPU/GPU driver, number.number version of Premiere ("latest" is a useless comment), the media type and created by what; any effects used on the sequence ... and the export preset you're using.
