Problema al exportar en premiere

Hola. Estoy exportando un video en premiere y al visuzlizarlo, solo los pprimeros segundos del video están mal, solo exporta el audio sin imagen, todo lo demás está bien, letiral son los primeros 7 segundos. Ya intente de todo, cambie de secuencia, reinicie premiere, cambie clips, efectos y demás y nada. Me pueden ayudar por favor?

Sorry to hear that. Does it happen with a specific files? Which device is used to capture footage? Can you try switching video renderer to "Software Only"? Could you post the screenshot of the export settings?
