Problema al renderizar, se congela el pc

Buenas, tengo un problema cuando quiero renderizar un proyecto, se congela la pantalla y no me queda otra que reiniciar la pc, ya lo he hecho varias veces y sigo con el mismo problema

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. Do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).

Tengo todo actualizado los drive de la placa grafica de Studio, no me aparece ningun cartel solo se congela.

Sorry about that. Are you having trouble exporting or when rendering previews? If the latter, may we see a screenshot of your sequence settings?

16 GB de RAM, intel core i7 12700, placa de video 3060 TI, tengo windows 10 en la pc, me pasa con los proyectos que quiero renderizar, con ninguno en especifico me pasa bastante seguido
