Problema con formatos de video Premiere Pro

Buenos días! tengo problemas al importar ciertos archivos de video a Premiere Pro, en los que solo me importa el audio. He borrado chaché y reiniciado el equipo y sigue sin funcionar. Estoy con la última versión de Premier 25.1.0 (compilación 73) y trabajando con un MacBook Pro, con McOS Sonoma versión 14.6. ¿Alguna solución?

Importing into Premiere or the timeline?

If former convert files to editable format first.

Latter: make sure source patching is on.

Hey javigdev,

Sorry for the issue! The source file could be encoded in a codec that is not supported by Premiere Pro. Please try adding your file to Shutter Encoder (https://www.shutterencoder.com/) and choosing the WAV function. Then, bring the exported WAV file to Premeire Pro and let us know if it successfully imports.
