Hey guys I tried to export my newest project and got this errorcode
In english it says:
Problems while compiling the film
Problem while exporting
Problem with ending of rendering
Unfortunally I didnt find anything on google.
Problem is that i wanted to upload the movie in about 6h..
The video itself was a .mp4, filmed via iPhone and rendered afterwards, 'cause my Laptop can't handle .mov
I dont know what I can do about it, and also I cant reach the adobe support hotline.
My Laptop specs
Aswell as a GeForce GT840M.
For exporting the media I used "YouTube 1080p" and I didnt change anything but the sound from VBR1 to CBR.
Thanks in advance,
If you need any further Informations I'll provide them asap

Hi marcelmoosheimer,
Sorry for the export issue. Is this happening with all exports? Please test with a different project.
What is the OS version number? Have you updated the GPU drivers to the latest version?
Just for a test, change the renderer in the Queue panel in Media Encoder and try export.
Are you queuing the export from Premiere Pro? What is the exact dot version of the apps? FAQ: How to find the exact version of Premiere Pro you're using?
Change the export settings and see if it fixes the issue.
Also, try the steps recommended in this article: How to fix issues that cause errors when rendering or exporting
Please let us know the status.
Thanks,
Vidya

Hey I'll try out your steps tomorrow.
One thing I can already answer is, that it doesnt happen with all codecs. I.e HEVC did work last time I tried it.
I just wanted to export a new file and I again couldnt do it, 'cause media encoder stopped it.
OS version number: Windows 10 Version 1803 Systembuild 17134.523
I'll update the GPU now, I didnt do that. I'll let you know if it helped solving the problem.
For now I'll just use Softwareencoding in media encoder just as you mentioned.
Exact version I'm using is 13.0 (Version 225) (Premiere Pro)
